We’re committed to increasing the number of women in the IT industry, and encourage diverse people to join our team. We’re firmly against racism and sexism, and strive to raise awareness to eliminate these issues. We actively promote equality and provide equal opportunities for everyone to establish themselves in the IT sector.
We’ve signed up to 100% green electricity, vegetarian and healthy nutrition in the office, and the use of sustainable building materials. Moreover, we’re determined to minimize our ecological footprint wherever possible. We proactively change our behaviour if it will protect our world and ensure its liveability for all living beings.
We believe in giving back to the community. Therefore, at the end of each year, we donate to regional charities such as ‘Hamburger mit Herz’ as well as tech-related initiatives like the Mozilla Foundation.
Choosing to have a family or care for relatives shouldn’t lead to hardship – it should be rewarded! After all, these are precisely the values that we need in our society, and so they should be supported. This is why we have flexible working models in place for all female staff members and offer parents and carers financial benefits.
We’re dedicated to sharing our knowledge and supporting individuals who are keen to pursue a career in IT. In 2021, our very first trainee successfully completed her software development training with us.
